Allowed Use
TakeFactory is intended for authorized brand characters, mascots, virtual avatars, and cartoon figures used in lawful marketing, social, website, and product-content workflows.
Disallowed Content
Do not upload or generate real-person likenesses without explicit rights, celebrity or public-figure impersonation, sexual content, violent or hateful content, scams, deceptive claims, or unauthorized copyrighted characters.
Provider Compatibility
A character may be rejected or refunded because the current generation provider cannot detect a drivable subject. This is a technical compatibility failure, not necessarily a content-policy violation.
